This information is collected solely to verify traveller identity, ensure safety and security during the trip, and coordinate necessary arrangements — such as transportation and accommodation — on your behalf.

In practice, that means:

• Your account — full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, and your city and state.
• Each traveller on a booking — full name, date of birth, gender, phone, email, and an emergency contact name and number.
• Booking information — the trip and departure chosen, seats booked, and the payment schedule that applies.
• Payment metadata — the payment method type and a transaction reference. We do not store your card or banking credentials at any point.
• Identity and address proof — collected over WhatsApp after booking, from our official number, and never entered on this website.
• Technical information— see “Website privacy” below.

2. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Your information may be shared with trusted third-party vendors — such as transport or accommodation providers — only to the extent needed to deliver trip-related services.

Beyond those vendors, we share information only with:

• Government authorities — where required by law, for example police, courts or tax authorities.

3. How long we keep it

Dream On Travel retains basic traveller information — name, contact details, and location — to maintain a record of past travellers and improve future trip planning and communication. Booking and payment records are kept for 7 years to comply with Indian tax law.

Government-issued ID documents (Aadhaar, PAN card, driving licence, or equivalent) are not separately stored or archived beyond the duration of the trip. Please note that documents shared over WhatsApp may remain in that chat unless deleted by either party.

Reasonable measures are taken to keep your data safe and confidential for as long as it is retained. That said, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we encourage travellers to reach out if they have any concerns about their data.

4. Use of images and testimonials

By participating in a trip organised by Dream On Travel, travellers agree that they may be photographed and/or filmed during the trip, and that Dream On Travel may use such content — along with any testimonials, reviews, or feedback shared by travellers — for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, advertisements, and our website, unless a traveller specifically requests otherwise. Traveller names may be used alongside testimonials unless anonymity is requested.

If you'd prefer not to be featured, please let us know via WhatsApp before the trip begins — this step is necessary and helps us ensure your request is recorded and actioned in time.

5. Intellectual property & image usage

All photographs, videos, and content published on Dream On Travel's website and official social media pages are the intellectual property of Dream On Travel. This content may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from Dream On Travel.

Many of our images and videos feature real travellers from past trips. Unauthorised use of this content not only infringes upon Dream On Travel's copyright but may also violate the privacy of the individuals featured. We request that visitors respect this and refrain from using any of our content — commercially or otherwise — without explicit consent.

6. Website privacy

This website may collect limited technical information from visitors — such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited — to help us understand how our website is used and to improve the overall user experience. This information is used in aggregate and is not used to personally identify visitors, unless separately provided by them (for example, through a contact form or booking enquiry).

Our services are not directed to children under 18. For our Mom & Kutties trips, all booking and payment is done by the parent or guardian on behalf of the child. We collect minimal information about minor travellers — only what is needed for safety and travel.
